Srinagar, Nov 21, KNT: Government Dental College Srinagar today inaugurated a cutting-edge CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) machine in its Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology.
Principal/Dean Prof. Ajaz Ahmad Shah, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Altaf Hussain Chalkoo, HOD Oral Medicine and Radiology, and other faculty members, unveiled the machine, which promises to revolutionize patient care and research in oral and maxillofacial radiology.
The CBCT machine enables advanced radiographic investigations, providing unparalleled insights into the oral and maxillofacial region.
Prof. Dr. Altaf Hussain Chalkoo delivered a comprehensive presentation on the machine’s working modalities and diagnostic importance, while Principal GDC Srinagar shed light on the institution’s academic activities.
