Engineer Rashid Calls Out Congress’ Double Standards and Internal Conflicts
Srinagar, Oct 16, KNT: In a scathing analysis, Awami Ittehad Party (AIP) President Engineer Rashid lambasted the Congress party, labeling them as “opportunists and hypocrites”.
Speaking to media persons shortly after the culmination of the oath ceremony in Srinagar, Rashid pointed out the Congress party’s contradictory stances on key issues, highlighting their confusing and hypocritical nature.
“Congress is a confused party; they say one thing in Jammu, another in Delhi, and something else in Srinagar,” Rashid stated, emphasizing the party’s lack of clarity on crucial matters. He specifically called out the party’s ambiguous stance on the restoration of Article 370, urging them to come clean on their position.
Engineer Rashid further exposed the internal conflicts within the Congress party, revealing that their absence from the ministry is not due to their stance on statehood restoration, but rather because of internal clashes over ministerial positions.
This criticism comes amidst the Congress party’s claims that their decision to boycott the ministry is rooted in their commitment to fighting for statehood restoration. [KNT]
