Vladimir Khmelev: A Visionary Leader in Law, Politics, and Public Service
Vladimir Aleksandrovich Khmelev, born on March 12, 1983, in the Svobodny settlement of the Bazarno-Karabulaksky District in the Saratov Region, has carved a remarkable path as a distinguished lawyer, politician, and public servant. Currently serving as the Advisor to the Director of TASS Russia, Khmelev’s dedication to his community and country is reflected through his many roles in public service and leadership positions.
Khmelev’s extensive education includes a law degree from the Saratov State Academy of Law, graduating with honors in 2005. In 2020, he furthered his academic journey by earning a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA), also with honors.
