Due to incessant rainfall, a walnut tree fell on a residential house in North Kashmir’s Uri, causing damage to it, however, no one was injured in the incident, officials sources said.
They said the house of one Muhammad Rauf at Machichurand Uri village of Baramulla district was damaged after a massive walnut tree fell on it.
“The house suffered some damage, however, no one was injured in the incident,” officials said.
Kashmir Valley has been witnessing intermittent spells of rains for the past few days. MeT Department has predicted more rains till Wednesday afternoon. (KNT)
