Budgam: Police in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district felicitated Uzma Zehra who recently qualified for the NEET without attending any private coaching centre.
Umzam is the daughter of Fida Hussain, a resident of Watmagam area of Budgam.
The NEET qualifier has been a student of Government Girls Higher-Secondary School Magam Budgam and belongs to a humble family without much financial strength.
SSP Budgam Tahir Saleem accompanied by DySP Headquarters Budgam Naeem Wani, Dy. SP DAR DPL Budgam Owaise Rashid and other officers of Budgam Police congratulated Uzma Zehra for her achievement.
SSP Budgam interacted with NEET Qualifier and her guardian and presented a trophy, appreciation certificate, and a gift as a token of appreciation. He appreciated her efforts to crack the entrance examination.
SSP Budgam also applauded her extraordinary efforts and hoped it would inspire other youth from the region to work hard towards achieving their goals in order to channelize their energy in the right direction and serve society in the long run.
Moreover, SSP Budgam also presented a Cycle to one young cyclist namely Umar Mohi-din Rather of Humhama Budgam who recently participated in a Cycling Race organized by Budgam Police. Umar completed the 28 kms Cycle race from Budgam to Doodpathri using his father’s ordinary old-style cycle. Noticing his spirit of cycling and an urge to excel in cycling, SSP Budgam as a token of encouragement presented the racing Cycle to the cyclist. (KNT)
