Srinagar, June 6, KNT: Mughal Mohalla locality in Lal Bazar Srinagar has been without electricity for the past three days, locals said.
The inhabitants have appealed for the attention of the authorities saying no one from the Power Development Department has bothered to address the issue.
“The locality is in darkness. We don’t know why there is a power outage. We approached Division Khanyar and Sub-Division Hawal, but no one came up with a satisfactory reply,” said locals to the news agency Kashmir News Trust.
The Assistant Executive Engineer in charge of the area did not respond to repeated calls. [KNT]
