A 12-year-old boy died after being allegedly hit by a tractor in the frontier district of Kupwara on Monday morning, official sources said.
They said in the Chemkote area, a tractor (JK09C-0019) hit a boy Nooran Shah son of Khadim Hussain of Chamkote Karnah leading to the on spot death of the boy.
Police seized the tractor, arrested the driver, and registered a case under relevant sections of law. [KNT]
