Srinagar Police has arrested a twenty-two year old guy for allegedly raping a minor girl.
According to the Police, a 12 year old girl was allegedly raped by Zaid Feroz of old Barzulla who is said to be the close relative of girl.
Srinagar Police in a tweet said, “One accused namely Zaid Feroz of old Barzulla, Srinagar aged 22 years arrested for raping a 12 year old child (name withheld). The accused is close relative of victim girl child.”
An FIR no 56/2023 under sections 5, 6 of POCSO Act has been registered at Sadar police station and further investigation has been initiated.
