Heavy rains lashed Kashmir capital Srinagar during the pre-dawn hours of Wednesday.
Besides Srinagar the Northern, Central, and Southern districts also witnessed heavy rainfall.
A MeT official said that light to moderate rainfall is expected at isolated places today and tomorrow.
Pertinently, the Northern districts of Kashmir have witnessed unexpected hailstorms many times this season. This has resulted in damage to crops and vegetables.
Meanwhile, district administration Ramban has issued an advisory asking people to take precautions after the district gusty winds. [KNT]
