In a shocking incident on picturesque Dal road here in Srinagar, a young biker died while having a fun ride with his alleged friends.
Eyewitnesses told news agency Kashmir News Trust that five to six youth were enjoying a fun ride on their bikes, teasing and yelling at one another. When they started overtaking one another, a couple of bikers lost balance outside SKICC resulting in the ugly accident.
One of the bikers died while the condition of another biker is stated to be critical.
The deceased has been identified as Moomin Bhat, a resident of Hyderpora while the injured is Jibran Bhat, also a local from Hyderpora.
Police seized a few bikes and detained couple of riders for questioning. Â [KNT]
