A group of people from these two districts told news agency Kashmir News Trust that Arreh, Nillow, Pariwan, Pombay, Nehama, Chansar, Khandipora, Pardpora, Mohdpora, Okey, Bumbrath, Kakran, and the adjacent villages face a lot of inconvenience due to non-availability of public transport shortly after the sun-set.

“It has been there for a long, and no effort was made in past and even in present to solve the problem. During the evening the mini-busses and Sumos start disappearing from the roads,” they said.

The office goers and people going out for work face a lot of difficulties in such conditions,’ they said and appealed to authorities to resolve this issue at the earliest in the interest of the general public. [KNT]
