A kid was killed after being hit by a vehicle outside his home in North Kashmir’s Bandipora on Thursday morning.
Official sources said that a six-year-old boy ventured out on the road where he was hit by a four-wheeler (Tata Ace). The boy was taken to Community Health Centre Hajin where doctors declared him dead.
The victim has been identified as Haris Ahmad Hurra son of Mushtaq Ahmad Hurrah, a resident of Parray Mohalla Hajin.
Police have arrested the driver, seized the vehicle, and registered a case under relevant sections of law. (KNT)
