Srinagar: Police Friday said that a non-local thief was arrested from old Srinagar city, however, some subversive elements are trying to give it a different colour.
Jammu Kashmir Police in a tweet informed that one thief namely Milan Islam son of Muhammad Noor-ul-Islam of West Bengal presently staying at Rajbagh was caught by locals. Some stolen items also recovered. He was allegedly caught red-handed while attempting theft at Aalikadal area of Srinagar.
