Limbs of little girl taken away by leopard found in Central Kashmir’s Ompora

 

BUDGAM:  After a night long search, locals on Friday morning found body parts of a 4-year-old girl who had been taken away by a leopard while playing in the backyard of her house in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

The incident had occurred at Government Housing Colony Ompora Budgam.

Police and locals were searching for the missing girl. Baby Adha was playing when leopard pounced over her and take her away. Locals had found blood stains all around and they were quite sure about the involvement of the leopard.

On Friday morning limbs of the baby including the skull were found in a hole near a Nursery, the place where leopard took her.

A police official confirmed that some limbs of the girl have been found. He said Wild Life Department have been asked to capture the leopards who are present in the area. (KNT)
