Div Com asks VC LAWDA to shift an employee with long mature stay
Srinagar: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Pandurang K. Police has asked Vice Chairman LAWDA to immediately shift a Land Acquisition Clerk who has not been shifted from past 15 years.
The Divisional Commissioner Kashmir has shot a letter to VC LAWDA after a delegation in a written complaint to Divisional Commissioner accused that a clerk who has not been transferred from past 15 years in connivance with some employees has been running ‘mafia’ (land).
In a communique to VC LAWDA, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir has written that: “It has been brought into my notice that one Manzoor Ahmed working as Land Acquisition Clerk section 1st at Miskeen Bagh Srinagar has not been shifted from last 15 years. Long stay at one place is detrimental to effective and clean governance. You are accordingly directed to shift the official if he has a long mature stay, as is alleged.”
A group of people said that the said employee has still not been shifted and he is working in the same Land Acquisition Section. (KNT)
