NC’s Tanvir Sadiq Slams BJP Over ‘Failed’ Opposition Role, Says Sunil Sharma Being ‘Scolded by Delhi’ for Poor Assembly Performance

Srinagar, Apr 12, KNT: National Conference legislator Tanvir Sadiq has launched a scathing attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party’s Leader of the Opposition (LOP) Sunil Sharma, accusing him of failing in his role and dodging serious questions despite holding multiple press conferences.
“Two press conferences in two days, and the BJP’s Leader of the Opposition still can’t manage to explain anything,” Sadiq said in a statement on Friday. “Looks like he’s been scolded by Delhi and his own party for failing spectacularly as an opposition in the assembly!”
The NC leader hinted at revealing more in the future. “One of these days, we might just expose the full extent of his nonsense,” Sadiq warned.
Reacting sharply to Sharma’s accusation that the NC was responsible for the deaths of its own workers during its tenure, Sadiq hit back, drawing a parallel with the ongoing security situation under BJP’s rule.
“By that logic, is the BJP responsible for every single security force casualty from 2019 till today including the tragic martyrdom of a JCO just now? May he rest in peace,” he said.
“Whose failure is it then, LOP sahab?” Sadiq asked pointedly, challenging the BJP’s narrative and demanding accountability. [KNT].
