JKAS aspirants seek restoration of upper age limit to 37, Tarigami uges CM Omar Abdullah to intervene
Srinagar, Nov 11, KNT: CPI(M) leader and lawmaker, Muhammad Yousuf Tarigami has come out in support of JKAS aspirants who are demanding the restoration of the pre-abrogation upper age limit of 37 for open merit candidates.
The government order issued post abrogation has fixed the age limit at 35, which has left many aspirants concerned.
Tarigami has requested Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to consider the long-standing demand of restoring the upper age limit to 37. “This move would provide relief to many candidates who have been preparing for the JKAS exam,” he said.
