Woman killed in lightning strike in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal

Kangan, June 11, KNT: A 36-year-old woman was killed in a lightning strike in Jammu and Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, a Police Officer said.

The incident took place in the Wangat forest area in Central Kashmir’s Kangan belt. The deceased was identified as Gulshan Begum wife of Bilal Ahmed Pashtooni, he said.

The body has been handed over to the family, the Officer said. (KNT)
