Srinagar, June 11, KNT: A non-local labourer died after receiving burn injuries due to boiling water in Central Kashmir’s Budgam.
Hospital sources told news agency Kashmir News Trust that a non-local worker from Utargargari area of West Bengal suffered critical burn injuries due to boiling water.
The worker who has been identified as Isajul Haq son of Bissu Muhammad was shifted to nearby Chatargam hospital where doctors referred him to SMHS Hospital Srinagar, however, the victim succumbed to his injuries in Srinagar hospital.
The 31-year old victim was presently working and staying at a plywood factory located at Khandah Wonpora area of Budgam.
Police in this regard have registered a case under relevant sections of law. (KNT)
