Srinagar: Days after traffic police headquarters suffered damages in a fire incident, Kothi Bagh Police Station lying backside of the headquarters was gutted in an overnight blaze in Kashmir capital Srinagar.
Official sources told news agency Kashmir News Trust that the police station building housing officers was gutted in the fire that broke out from the top floor.
During the firefighting operation, a firefighter identified as Ansar Ahmad Malla sustained injuries, they said adding after the first aid he was discharged from the SMHS Hospital.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. (KNT)
