Misconduct: DSEK suspends Principal, orders inquiry to fix responsibility on other delinquent officers

Srinagar: Directorate of School Education has suspended the Principal of a government educational institute for his alleged misconduct in Srinagar.

Director School Education Kashmir has issued an order vide number 202 DSEK of 2022, stating that pending inquiry into his conduct by Chief Education Officer, Srinagar, Mr. Nazir Ahmed Khan, Principal Boys Higher Secondary School Soura is placed under suspension with immediate effect and attached with the office of Chief Education Officer, Srinagar.

Principal Girls Higher Secondary School, Soura shall hold the charge of Principal Boys Higher Secondary School Soura in addition to her own duties.

Director School Education further informed that a charge sheet shall follow subsequently.

“Further, Chief Education Officer Srinagar,  shall conduct an inquiry into the matter within seven days and fix the responsibility on the other delinquent officers/officials of the institution.” (KNT)
