Anantnag: Locals in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district recovered a dead body of a young man on Monday morning.
Official sources told news agency Kashmir News Trust that police rushed to the spot after being informed by people about the presence of a dead body in the river Jehlum at Zirpara village of Bijbehara.

A police official said that an identity card has been recovered from one of the pockets of the dead body. He identified the said dead body of 25-year-old Showkat Ahmed Gorsi son of Lal Din, a resident of Ahlan Gadool.
