Army detain youth for wearing army type clothes, handed over to police
SHOPIAN: An army patrolling party detained a youth wearing army type clothes in South Kashmir’s Shopian and handed him over to police for verification.
Locals told news agency Kashmir News Trust that a youth whom they identified as 19-year-old Anayat Reyaz Ganaie, a resident of Ramnagri Shopian was detained by soldiers from 62 Rashtriya Rifles.
They said the youth was picked up for allegedly wearing camouflage type clothes.
Army handed over the youth to police to ascertain his antecedents. (KNT)
